Helping you lead change with distinctive, integral communications

March 9, 2011 2 Comments

Over the last ten months, we’ve known that our business has been changing from outside and inside influences.

For months, we’ve been becoming more aware of what we like to do and how we can outsource specific work so we can keep growing. Additionally, we’ve been reading inspirational and motivational books by Jack Canfield, Steven Covey, Jeffrey Gitomer, Dr. Thomas Jones, Darren Hardy, Bruce Elkin, Dr. Wayne Dyer and many others. We’ve gone to amazing conferences. We’ve worked with excellent business and marketing coaches. And in my spare time, I’ve been writing books and designing workshops.

After all this and hoping to find the right “sign” that will tell us how to navigate change, I’ve discovered that the process of change is amazing and exciting. At the same time it is frustrating and foggy.

With that said, I’d like to share some thoughts with you…

First, having a partner to bounce ideas off of or get another opinion offers that added confidence that you need in order to continue down the road and feel good about the choices you make.

Secondly, making simple small steps every day by listening, adjusting and communicating is key. Whether it is returning five phone calls, sending out five thank you emails or taking five minutes to say hello to one client, is often all it takes to experience momentum over time.

Finally, communicating with integrity to yourself, your employees, your marketing firm and your community will set you apart and allow you to feel healthy, improve relationships and attract success.

Are you feeling stuck or stalled? Can you envision your future, yet not sure what steps will help to get you there? Could you use an assessment of your current marketing materials?

If yes, don’t hesitate to call us at 503-761-4360… we’re here for you and can help you navigate your future whether you are traveling in a subaru, porsche, jeep or electric vehicle.
